Also known as "Chinese Kickboxing", this full-contact style of martial arts is known for its quick strikes, wrestling takedowns, trips, throws, and leg catching techniques.
The military system of Sanda even includes grappling and joint locking maneuvers, making it a complete Chinese martial arts system, often described as "踢打摔拿" - kicking, punching, wrestling, and grappling.
