The DVD covers Sifu Crow's Grab Sets and how to execute them. They allow you to develop offensive or defensive sensitivity by flowing from any of the grab positions to Hubud-Lubud, Chi-Sao, Pushing Hands, Sambutans or Grappling. 25 minutes.

Coach Crow was the Assistant Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist for the Dallas Cowboys from 1982 to 1989. He has trained numerous NFL players including those on the Rams, Seahawks and Patriots. He was instrumental in training the famous Cowboys "Doomsday Defensive Line" (Randy White, Harvey Martin, Ed "Too Tall" Jones and John Dutton) and continues to train players around the nation in his Sports Science concepts of Martial Arts techniques. His energy and sensitivity drills, footwork, and other applications have trained defensive and offensive linemen in the effective use of hands and feet in contact sports.
